As a part of the Software Engineering team, you will prepare all system deployment materials including feature guides, user manuals, FAQs, detailed technical documentation and reports to support mobile and web applications.  You will also perform automated and manual testing to the highest standard for the full range of our product suite.

Key Responsibilities
• Requirements elicitation
• Technical report writing and documentation
• Preparation and development of content for all rollout materials 
• Preparation of all test data
• Development of all test materials including test cases and test scripts for automated testing
• Execution of all automated and manual testing and generation of defect reports including daily metrics

Must Have Qualifications
• Education – Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience – Any, fresh graduates are encouraged 
• Systems Experience – Selenium IDE, JIRA/Trello to track bugs, Enterprise Architect tool to prepare technical documentations
• Job skills - proficient in technical content writing
• Communication skills - excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
