As a Performance Marketing Lead you will design strategic marketing campaigns on social and digital media. You should have a strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and insights. In our strong collaborative environment, you will closely collaborate with our marketing, product and data science teams along with other functions to increase ROI to “bust the bottom line!”
Key Responsibilities1. Design strategic campaigns for products and brands on social and digital media 2. Manage social listening and capture learning insights/analytics 3. Strategize and guide compelling content across digital and offline platforms 4. Manage digital products inclusive of online promotions, display advertising, content production, web building and design 5. Strategy development for reaching maximum number of customers by building both online and offline programs and campaigns 6. Research, analysis and generating reports about the performance of campaigns along with forecasting and estimations on profitability of those campaigns 7. Design, drive and optimize global and regional Omni-channel performance marketing campaigns 8. Establish and evolve KPIs, monitor performance and implement optimization on paid and organic efforts. 9. Run A/B and multivariate testing strategies
Must Have Qualifications• Education – Minimum Bachelor degree either in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or any other related field • Experience - 3+ years of professional experience in social and digital marketing • Strong understanding of B2B acquisition, including SEM, display advertising, social and landing page optimization • Proficient in MS Excel deep understanding of Lookups and Pivot tables • Expert in affiliate marketing, Google Analytics, Google 360, Facebook Ad manager, social and digital content distribution strategies • Channel prioritization PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), moment plans • Strong quantitative skills and understanding of ROI • Strong interpersonal skills, have ability to prioritize and meet deadlines when working on different projects
