Techlets Pvt Ltd is looking for a Graphic Designer/Illustrator who can balance design and aesthetics with business goals. He/She will work with company-wide stakeholders to bring all brand and communication initiatives to life – that is drive ideation to the creation of all visual assets by creating compelling designs for branding, marketing and advertising campaigns. Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in graphics and/or visual design
• Strong portfolio of relevant marketing, branding and advertising work, across web, email, print, video and others
• Solid understanding of design principles including layout and typography
• Curious, creative and experimental with innovative and new ideas to improve business results
• Effective communicator and presenter –  eager to give and receive constructive feedback

Tools
Deep knowledge of design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Knowledge of video editing tools -- Adobe After Effects is a huge plus
